Whether you’re planning a family reunion or a retreat with friends, "Sunset Vistas" has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing, fun vacation on Panama City Beach. Panama City Beach, on the breathtaking Emerald Coast, is consistently rated as one of the Top 10 Beaches in the U.S. thanks to its pristine white sand. The resort offers a full spa, 3 outdoor swimming pools including a lagoon pool, 3 spa hot tubs, direct access to its 1,300 feet of beach as well as the on-site Hangout Bar & Grill (seasonal).

Living Room

This condo will take your breath away!! The living room has a sofa and love seat with a dark granite tone. A very comfortable accent chair that coordinates perfectly with the sofa, loveseat and new navy blue credenza. The coffee table and end tables are done in a destressed natural wood color. A large 70” flat screen tv for all your family gatherings to watch tv or movies on the blu-ray player. Roku included. New ceiling fan and area rug finish out the living room.

Dining room

The dining area is open and bright. A farmhouse table with a pedestal base, 5 cushioned chairs and a bench that seats 8. New chandelier and highlighted with a large canvas print of a magnolia bloom on the adjacent wall. Kitchen bar seats 4.

The kitchen is extremely well appointed with all the equipment you could ever need. All new stainless steel appliances. All the cooking, baking and frying utensils you need. All new Single serve and Carafe style coffee maker, Blender, Toaster etc. Cuisinart food processor. Griddle for pancakes if you get industrious on your vacation. Beautiful new granite counters and white cabinets.

Master Bedroom

The master has a king size bed with a destressed headboard and handcrafted iron artwork above it. New blackout curtains. Flat screen TV. Dressing table or computer table with USB outlet in back and plenty of places to plug in. Lamps next to each side of bed have USB plug ins for overnight charging. Access to large balcony overlooking the Gulf. Master bath is beautiful with new granite counter tops, dual undermount sinks, large new walk in shower with bench.

Mother in law/Guest Bedroom

This room has a king size bed and a private balcony overlooking the Gulf and pool. Light colored furniture. Large flat screen TV. This room also has a kitchenette with a small refrigerator, sink and its own keurig for early risers. The extremely attractive private bathroom has new granite counter tops with dual undermount sinks and new tile surround in the tub/shower.

Guest room

This guest room has 3 queen sized beds. No need for a pull out sofa in the living room. Light and bright with access to the large balcony. What a fantastic view! 2 large closets. Dazzling private bathroom with new granite dual undermount sinks and mosaic tile surround the tub/shower.

The separate utility room has full size washer and dryer.

Outdoor/Balcony

There is a full size sofa that seats 3, 2 rocking chairs, 3 club chairs, 2 with ottomans. The sofa has 2 coffee tables. This balcony holds seating for 8 and views are out of this world. Blue skies and emerald water as far as you can see.

The second balcony off the mother in law suite/guest bedroom has a love seat and rocking chair. It also over looks the Gulf and the pool below.

Long Beach Resort has security 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parking is directly in front of your building, not across the street like other condos. Large parking spaces. Each building has 2 elevators with only 6 units per floor. No waiting on the elevators. There are 3 pools, 2 Polynesian pools (heated seasonally), 3 Jacuzzi tubs and a 6800 square foot lagoon pool complete with and island featuring a waterfall, tropical plants and palm trees. The Hangout Bar and Grill offers Drinks and Snacks during the high season. Located at the Lagoon Pool.

Our Unit is in Tower 2 on the 10th floor end unit with 3 bedrooms and 3 private bathrooms. Gorgeous floor to ceiling windows with all rooms facing the beautiful views the Gulf has to offer. One of the largest floor plans on PCB with 1769
