Vacation Home Across the Road from Georgian Bay- Penetanguishene. The "Paddle Inn" is a quaint vacation home on 1 1/2 Acres of private yard and mature trees, less than 2 hours north of Toronto. We offer 4 bedrooms......1 Queen, 2 Double Bedrooms, Single Bed and Bunkbeds and a Pullout Double Couch in the living room which sleeps 11. One full bathroom upper level and 1/2 bath on main floor. Well equipped kitchen (no dishwasher) with beautiful view of Penetanguishene Bay and awesome sunrises! Satellite T.V. We have patio seating in the front for viewing boating activity on the Bay. Patio seating in the backyard, on a 40' new deck with Hot Tub, umbrellas, provide privacy and comfort for sunbathing, grilling and birdwatching with a variety of birds. A unique Outback Saloon adds fun to the backyard fire pit. Horseshoe pits on the property, fish pond and water access across the road for canoeing and swimming provide hours of fun!! Marina's just a minute away if you bring your own boat for launching and docking. A 10 minute drive takes you to town for groceries, liquor/beer store, pharmacy, hardware. Attractions and activities from Historic Sites, Scenic Boat Tours, Splash Park, Live Theatre, Hiking Trails, Golfing, etc, are all less than 1/2 hour away. Please be advised some of these attractions might not open this Summer. If you need more details, I can provide. More pictures are available if interested. Please advise us if pets are coming, thank you. They must be flea treated and tied up. Please pick up after them while here.
