In the heart of Tuscany (Lucca) there is an Ideal Heaven to Relax and Rejuvenate, along the course of a River, with Pool.

Art Cities easy reach Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano, Barga & B. di Lucca.

This gorgeous property consists of two charming stone villas, with private swimming pool set 30m apart, the interior decor is cosy and charming with lots of tasteful homely touches.

The location is surrounded of nature, there's beautiful streaming river along the side of the garden inviting you to enjoy fishing or simply take a stroll along the banks.

In a beautiful valley, sheltered by trees and hills, this tranquil setting is within easy driving distance of the nearby village and the spectacular town of Lucca.

The coast is also very handy for day trips.

"Alba" has a well-equipped kitchen, shower room amd sitting room on the ground floor with access from the sitting room to the large, south-facing terrace. On the upper floor, is a twin bedroom and a double bedroom, with en-suite shower room and terrace looking towards the nearby river.

"Tramonto" has an open-plan ground floor with kitchen, dining area and large sitting area with patio doors leading onto a sunny, south-facing terrace. On the upper floor, there aretwo en-suite, double bedrooms, one with direct access to a terrace and the gardens beyond.

There is a brick BBQ provided
