KALLISTI apartment is right on the seafront of the most beautiful part of Karavomylos, where one can relax and enjoy the unobstructed sea view, listen to the whispering of the sea-water right underneath the balcony, and the rustling sound of the eucalyptus trees lying in front, enjoy the crystal clear water beach.
KALLISTI is a duplex apartment consisting of the first floor and the ground floor. The first floor has one double bedroom with fitted wardrobe, one bathroom with hydro-massage shower, an open plan living room, fireplace, leading to a balcony with beautiful view of the sea, mountain and to a private garden. An elegant dining area with table seating 6 people, a fully equipped kitchen(dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle) and all the cooking utensils.
The ground floor consists of one bedroom with 2 twin beds, one living area (with a double bed sofa) leading to a private garden, bathroom with hydro-massage shower, a kitchen(oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, cooking utensils), washing machine, iron and iron board.
KALLISTI being so close to the vibrant area of Sami has easy access to destinations where one can enjoy swimming in clear blue water beaches, taste delicious local cuisine and the famous local wine robola, and explore unforgettable sightseeing.
Various attractions and services can be found within walking distance such as bakery, taverns, and coffee shops. 1.5 km away, in Sami, one can find a pharmacy, post office, bank, health center, bars coffee shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and tourist shops. The cave of Melissani is only about 500 meters away, and Drogarati cave with stalactites is 3.5 km away.

Kefalonia is the largest and most beautiful island of the Ionian. It has a distinct tradition, cuisine, and architecture. It has many hidden secrets. Vast olive groves, mount escapes, iridescent waters, picturesque alleyways, and traditional arcades. It surprises you with the scenic vineyards, the roman ruins, the stunning caves, the Byzantine churches, the Homeric sites, and the Venetian fortresses. Kefalonia has a variety of good tavernas and restaurants with really great cuisine. You can also discover walking trails with small rivers in the mountains, bird watching areas, vineyards with excellent wines. But most importantly Kefalonia will give you a taste of what Greek philoxenia (hospitality) is after all.
The Capital of Kefalonia is Argostoli at 27 km. Nearest town Sami is 1.5 km away (archaeological sites, taverns, cafes, bars), Drogarati cave with stalactites and stalagmites is 1.5 km away and Melissani cave lake is only 500 meters away from the house. Sami is a bustling port, with regular ferries leaving to the Greek mainland and Ithaka.
Karavomylos has traditional colorful taverns. There is also a mini market and a bakery right next to the houses.
In Sami, there are a lot of souvenir shops, butcher, post office, pharmacy, bank, health center, restaurants, and bars.
