Lovely single-level, second floor condo boasts open concept common areas with grand views of the tidal salt marsh creek. Accommodating and inviting, the sunroom and screened porch will entice you into a mode of relaxation you haven’t enjoyed in a long time.

Master suite offers large private bath with walk-in shower, garden tub and dual sinks as well as private access to the screened balcony overlooking the tidal creek. Split floor plan offers two more bedrooms and two full baths on the opposite side of the common areas. Access to the 7-mile long beach is within view from the front door, and the Olympic size pool is only steps away.

Part of a small gated community uniquely located on a secluded peninsula bounded by the Atlantic on one side and tidal salt marsh creek on the other with access to an extensive beach, two swimming pools, hot tub, playground, and fishing/crabbing dock on the creek.

AMENITIES: Flat screen cable TVs-3 (Smart TV in master BR), DVD-1, wireless internet, microwave, dishwasher, wet bar with ice maker, washer/dryer, screened porch, sun room, shared elevator, covered parking, beach gear credit.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Access to 7 miles of soft sandy beach, boardwalk to beach with shower for rinsing, 2 community pools (1 Olympic size), hot tub, fishing & crabbing creek dock with covered gathering deck, 24-hour guarded security gate.

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: For weekly stays, rent includes departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. For stays of 5 nights or less and for monthly stays, rental linens are optional at time of booking for an additional cost. High touch surfaces are sanitized one more time on turnover inspections.

LENGTH OF STAY: Weekly stays only. Saturday to Saturday in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

Absolutely beautiful condo. I would recommend that TV's be put in all the bedrooms. Enjoyed our stay.
