Villa la Piazzetta is a charming house which comfortably holds up to 6 people with 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In a panoramic position, the villa has a spacious garden on two different levels with a shaded courtyard and a terrace with a spectacular view of the sea and the mountains.
External Area
The terrace is large and spacious, complete with sunbeds, and the courtyard has plenty of outdoor furniture perfect for eating outside or for relaxing and enjoying the view.

Interior
The villa is all on one floor and boasts a well-kept, modern interior. The living room is large and welcoming, with large windows, a video archive and a bookcase full of books, sofas and a flat screen satellite TV. A large door leads from the living room to the elegant dining room, which comfortably holds six people, and the well-equipped kitchen. Down the corridor you will also find a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with a flat screen TV, windows overlooking the sea and direct access to the terrace, a room with bunk beds and access to the courtyard. The third double bedroom has a separate entrance only accessible from the courtyard and has a private bathroom with shower. A separate structure has a washing room with a washing machine, a sink and an iron.
Location
The house is perfectly placed for exploring the island, even on foot, thanks to it being a 15 minute walk away from the central square of Capri.

Villa la Piazzetta has air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and an internal/external Hi-Fi.
