This well-presented spacious cottage is set in the hamlet of Ailby, two miles from Alford in Lincolnshire and can sleep two people in one bedroom.Primrose Cottage is a well-presented spacious cottage set in the hamlet of Ailby, two miles from Alford in Lincolnshire. The cottage can sleep two people in one double bedroom and a shower room. The rest of the cottage is made up of a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room. To the outside is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. There is also access to a camping area with free use of tennis court, fishing pond and children's playground. Set in a stunning area, Primrose Cottage makes a great place for a great holiday at any time of the year.

Amenities: Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Access to camping area with free use of tennis court and fishing pond. Two well-behaved pets welcome. There is a charge of £15.00 per pet per stay. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: There is one step down from the property to the patio.

Town: Alford is a market town in Lincolnshire. It is set at the foot of the Lincolnshire Wolds, and is about 11 miles north-west of the coastal resort of Skegness. There is a wide range of shops including a pharmacy, grocers and two butchers. Alford has become an important centre for arts and crafts with many markets held throughout the year. The main market is held in the Market Place every Tuesday with the craft market being held every August bank holiday.
