Situated within 850 m of a swimming beach, Seabreeze Luxury Two Bedroom Self Catering Penthouse is located on the outskirts of Simon’s Town. Overlooking False Bay, this property is 1.5 km from Boulders Beach and the renown African Penguin Colony.
Seabreeze features a fully-equipped kitchen and a spacious entertainment deck equipped with outdoor furniture, BBQ facilities and a hot tub. Each of the spacious bedrooms has an en suite bathroom with a shower and a bath.
The property offers a living equipped with a satellite TV, a dining area, and a private bar area. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property and free on site parking is available.
The Cape of Good Hope is 23 km away from Seabreeze, while Cape Town International Airport is within 46 km.

SEABREEZE LUXURY TWO BEDROOM PENTHOUSE This luxurious 2 bedroom Penthouse, is situated on the top two levels of a lovely, 3 storey Tuscan Style Beach House. The property has an idyllic hillside location, providing magnificent views of False Bay. Both bedrooms are on the top level. The Main Bedroom is a 40sqm suite, which includes a large lounge, dressing room and a full bathroom. Wake up to unmissable sunrises and sea views from your bed, with two, 3 metre glass sliding doors, providing access onto a large balcony, with amazing sea views. The Second Bedroom is a 20sqm suite, with a seating area and full en-suite bathroom. This room has spectacular mountain and sea views and the large balcony is accessed via a 1.5metre, glass sliding door. Both bedrooms have satellite TV. The living area is on the lower level and has an open plan design, with the staircase in the centre. The large, modern kitchen has a breakfast counter and is fully equipped with all mod cons and has a separate scullery/laundry area. The lounge and dining room is a 30sqm, sea facing space, with two 3m glass stacking doors, which lead onto the Jacuzzi, BBQ, sun tanning and entertainment deck. The dining area has a lovely 8 seater dining room table, ideal for sit down dinners and entertaining friends, while the lounge has large, comfortable sofas, from which one can look out over the bay and view the whales (in season). The TV Room with Bar is great for just catching up on your favourite television programmes or enjoying a drink, while watching your favourite sport or listening to music. This room was designed as a sports bar and offers full satellite tv for the sports lovers. French doors lead from the bar onto a small veranda, which offers spectacular mountain views. There is also a Guest Bathroom on this level. WiFi is available throughout. Our DSTV is set up so that the TV’s in both bedrooms and the TV in the Bar/TV Lounge, can all watch different channels simultaneously.Both bedrooms can accommodate twin beds or one king size bed. The top two stories are the “penthouse”, which is for the exclusive use of guests. This double storey, 2 bedroom property has its own entrance, security alarm, Satelite TV and high speed internet (WiFi) . The entire penthouse (top two floors), as described, are for the exclusive use of guests. This includes the BBQ, Jacuzzi, sun tanning and entertainment deck and of course the balcony, which is accessed from both bedrooms. The parking on the property is shared, but there is plenty of parking space available. Seabreeze Penthouse is situated in Murdoch Valley, a picturesque area, located on the mountain side, just 3.5km from Simons Town and consistently ranks amongst the safest areas in South Africa. Neighbourhood folk are friendly and the area is ideal for enjoying nature and the outdoors, with safe swimming beaches and mountain hikes on our doorstep. Nearby Simon’s Town offers convenience shopping, cafes, restaurants bars and coffee shops. Simon’s Town also hosted the British Royal Navy for 140 years and today much of that history is still evident and can be viewed at local museums. The world famous Boulders African penguin colony is a “stones throw” away, while Cape Point, other tourist attractions and many adventure activities are close by.
