This lakefront vacation home is directly on the water's edge and is the perfect private gateway retreat. This three-story home-away-from-home offers four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living rooms, and is snuggly wrapped in the heart of the Adirondacks. This jewel will comfortably sleep 12 people and will also welcome furry family as well.

NEWLY renovated June of 2017!

Completely gutted and remodeled! This home is tastefully decorated with French Country decor and a modern twist. Located 15 miles east of Lake George. Fantastic year-round vacation home on 3 levels with many windows offering picturesque views and a great access to a user-friendly waterfront. This home features 2 living rooms as well as a private park that neighbors the home. Updated docking complex, multi-level decks overlooking Hadlock Lake. Dock accommodates 2 boats. Enjoy all the lake has to offer with a relaxing ride on kayaks or paddles boards. This home offers privacy and a peaceful environment on the East side of the lake, letting you enjoy your private getaway. For your comfort, we provide luxurious linens (including beach towels) and paper products.

In addition, you will have the convenience of a large lakefront access, which includes a large private dock, walk-in area to the lake for swimming, as well as a floating dock to sunbathe or to jump off of into the placid, crystal clear water of Hadlock Lake.

Park includes two tier swing-set, basketball court, tether ball, horseshoes, BBQ, picnic area, large fire-pit, geodome/climbing spear and an elaborate tree house with slide and rock wall. Have fun in the sun or night with all plenty of outdoor lighting.

“Beautiful, Quiet Home Nestled in the Woods”

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is beautifully decorated, well stocked, clean, and has great air conditioning (a huge perk for a lake house in the summertime)! Roughly 20 minutes from Lake George and one of the most beautiful hikes in the area, Sleeping Beauty Mountain, the location is unbeatable. Although Lake George is pretty, it is very busy and the water seems too rough for many water activities, such as paddle boarding. It was nice going back to our quiet home nestled in the woods. Hadlock Pond, the body of water the property is on, has a beautiful lake feel. The area is peaceful, with mountain views at the North end of the pond. Some of our favorite trip memories involve the fun we had using the rental paddle board and kayak. We enjoyed the convenience of having these activities right in our backyard. In the front of the house, there is a large shared playground and basketball court. This area is a nice bonus for those with kids. The multiple tiered deck in the backyard is also great and offers lots of seating! Katelyn, the property manager, was very prompt and professional. She was able to answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this property and would consider returning. Thanks to Northern Living for a great rental experience!
