Newly renovated villa 2017 , only 80 meters from the beach
Our apartment is located on the most attractive and prestigious locations close to the beaches crowned with the Blue Flag and with a beautiful view of the Pašman Channel.
In the immediate vicinity of 4 national parks and 3 nature parks, Biograd is the ideal destination for exploring all the natural and cultural beauties of Croatia.
Villa has 3 Apartments this Apartment has : 2 bedrooms , each bedroom has wc with shower , there is a living room with a double sofa ,tv , air condition , internet and terace (garden) with beautiful trees (behind the trees are beautiful beaches) , bed lines and towels provided, free parking.
Villa is located in Biograd small tourist place near Zadar , in a quite luxury area .
Only 100 m away from Apartment is a promenade walkway , which contains with a lot of shops restaurants and beaches , it leads direct to the city center of Biograd.
Tennis court, and all other activities are nearby.
Parking place avaliable, distance to the highway is 15 km and to Zadar airport 20 km.
Biograd organizes plenty of content designed for children. Alongside providing fun beach games, the hotels and the public outdoor pool have a summer swimming school, as well as various water games.
Sailing
Located in the most indented part of the Adriatic Sea, and the area with the largest number of islands and several national and nature parks, Biograd is an ideal starting point for sailors. It has a modern marina with 1,000 sea berths and 200 land berths, a yacht service, guarded parking for approximately 700 cars and other additional services.
Swimming and Water Sports
Biograd has terrific public beaches just within reach, connected with the city centre by a promenade. IThey have facilities of all sorts – entertainment, dining, sports and events for children. In the beaches’ immediate vicinity there is a pine forest.
Right off the main beach, towards the settlement Kumenat, there is an nudist FKK beach .
There are diving centres on the beaches Dražica and Bošana which regularly organise diving schools in the summer. Renting scooters, dinghies, canoes or pedal boats is another possibility. You can go paragliding, water skiing, and surfing and partake in other attractive sports activities on beach Dražica. Some of the tourist agencies organize sailing schools of various classes, as well as skipper courses. Their offers also include rafting on the rivers Krka and Zrmanja and elsewhere, and diving trips to the Kornati.
