Jam Villa Resort is a cozy villa located in the exclusive guard gated community of Mammee Bay Estates in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. The villa features seven bedrooms in the main house and sleeps fifteen. Guests have the option of adding one to five of our poolside rooms (at $90.00 each per night) for greater occupancy up to twenty eight. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans. The villa offers housekeeping, maintenance staff and community security. The villa is complete with a tennis/basketball court, games room with billiards table, large pool and beach access.
