Welcome to Merritt Islands newest resort community, Cape Crossing Resort and Marina! Cape Crossing Resort is nestled in a serene location on the northwest side of Merritt Island, between the Indian River and the Banana River and on the Canaveral Barge Canal water bridge, offering direct access to both rivers, intra-coastal waterway, Port Canaveral, the Atlantic Ocean, Kennedy Space Center, world-famous Cocoa Beach, and direct access to the Orlando International Airport.

Kayaks, paddle boards, and pontoon rentals and boat slips are available to rent, at Cape Crossing Resort and Marina, for exploring the rivers, canals, or many of its tributaries for a relaxing afternoon paddle. Or, entertain friends and family while cruising at a gentle pace along the river’s edge. Plan a day at the beach or explore the other attractions in our Merritt Island community.

Very nice accommodations. Great for a large group. Very clean. Good restaurant on site and lots more nearby. Good location for Space Station and water activities.

The entire property was clean, quite, and comfortable; would make a good spot for a family. Gym, pool, grills, parking and a marina. Great value. No complaints here!!!

Response from the owner We are sorry that we were not able to meet all your expectations for this stay. Our construction of the condo building should be done in May. So we hope you will consider us for next year and perhaps a unit in the condo building that will have a beautiful view of the river.

Close to everything. Space center 5 miles away. Port canaveral 7 miles away. Cocoa beach 9 miles away. Very clean. Friendly, courteous staff. I highly recommend Cape Crossings.

How do damage deposits work?

If Ruby (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
