Our magnificent single storey property alludes pure sophistication and elegance, with its cool aqua colours that add a refreshing yet stylish flair that is continued through the entire home.

Styled with comfort and luxury for your enjoyment and it is truly stunning, with its attention to detail adding to the luxury interior this is a spacious family accommodation. The uncompromising quality of the interior is shown to its best advantage in the open plan design to the ground floor, which makes this a beautiful bright home and will appeal to large family groups vacationing together.

Wheel Chair Accessible - This home has the added advantage of being designed for wheel chair accessibility and includes a Hi- Low Profile Bed plus Extra Sensory items available in the games room. This means that if you are travelling with someone with extra needs, they can feel completely included in the holiday.

The Living Area is beautiful and is positioned to the rear of the home with views to the pool area. There is plenty of stylish comfortable seating and a Large Flat Screen Television with DVD. This will be a great place for your party to gather in the evening to unwind and enjoy a movie or a ball game at the end of a busy day visiting many of the attractions that Florida has to offer.

The Kitchen is very stylish and is fully equipped to cater for all your needs, from a quick breakfast or Lunch that can be taken at the comfortable breakfast bar, which is also great for you to chat with your guests while preparing a meal.

The Dining Area is stunning and the artistic sophisticated flair that is so evident in the home, continues with the striking dining suite. This is a great place for the family to gather and sample the delights of some home cooking and enjoy catching up with the family and discussing the day’s events.

Games Room is a lovely addition to any home as it offers some light relief for the more competitive of the group. There is a pool table, Foosball, and a seating area for those who want to cheer on the competitors. As mentioned this home is rather special as is includes extra sensory features such as lights, a ball pool, climbing cubes etc.

The Outside benefits from a stunning pool deck, a nice sized pool & spa with loungers so that you can enjoy the Florida sunshine and relax with a book while the children splash in the pool. There is also an Alfresco Dining area where you can sample the delights of outdoor meals or a cocktail under the stars.

BEDROOM 1 - King Suite with Ensuite facilities. The King bed is split into two joined singles, one single side is a Special Hi Lo bed and there is also a flat screen television. The Ensuite benefits from a Roll in Roll out’ Shower with additional shower head and fixed seat

Bedroom 2 – Twin room which has bunk beds, with a full bed on the bottom and Ensuite Facilities of a bath with shower, plus a single basin unit. There is also a flat screen television, perfect for siblings with friends or cousins sharing the fun.

Bedroom 3 – The Queen bedroom has a bathroom situated next door and is a beautiful stylish room and includes a flat screen television.

Bedroom 4 – King Suite with Ensuite facilities of a bath with shower and a single basin unit. The room also includes a flat screen TV.

Bedroom 5 – Twin bedroom with two single beds and a flat screen television, with a bathroom next door.
