As a consideration to the next visitor we encourage our guests not to smoke in the interior of the apartment, better do it outside in the private terrace while enjoying the local nature and weather.

Tulum infrastructure is still under development and it is subject to occasional power and water failures and loss of Internet, phone or Tv service. Our providers do their best, however, these outages in service may occur and are out of our control.

Loved the condo as it had room for everyone to spread out. Rooftop deck was amazing and the pool was a wonderful surprise.

How do damage deposits work?

If Saasil (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
