Description

Cottage 6 is a 399 sf fully furnished Tiny Home located inside Lake Norman Motor Coach Resort., a privately owned, secure, gated facility on shores of Lake Norman. Resort has 4 docks, 21 boats slips, ramp, 3500 sf deck overlooking lake w/Tiki Bar. Resort provides Kayaks, canoe, paddle boats, paddle boards, 12' fishing boat w/motor; "Free" for guest to use. Cottage is one bedroom, one bath, living room has sleeper sofa, plus mattress in loft.

Kitchen is furnished; full size appliances, refrigerator, stove, microwave.

Guests check in at Gatehouse; host will provide gate card, house key and a welcome package. Office hours are 8am - 5pm. Guest checking in after office hours, call number on door. Staff live on site will come to GH and handle check in.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If James (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
