Description

The apartment is located in a familiar, residential and quiet zone in Mogliano Veneto, bordered by a fabulous park and close to the train station which offers quick access to the cities of Venice and Treviso.

The unit is composed of private entrance, inside which you can deposit coats, bags or suitcases. From this private space leads to the living room furnished in modern style, with comfortable sofa-bed, HD TV, and everything you need in order to guarantee guests the maximum relaxation. The kitchen is well equipped.

The living room leads directly to the large terrace, equipped with table and chairs where you can relax or enjoy an outdoor lunch. The inner hallway leads to the two bedrooms and the bathroom, very refined with bathtub, sanitary, and washing machine, all in excellent condition.

The rooms: principal bedroom with double bed and secondary bedroom with two single beds plus sofa bed in the living room.

THE CITY:

Mogliano Veneto is a town in the province of Treviso, situated in a strategic location because it is colloat the point where the province of Treviso and Venice meet, in fact it is located not far from Treviso, Venice and Mestre. The town is often used as a starting location to visit other surrounding attractions, thanks to the excellent train connection to all destinations.

However, even the same Mogliano boasts incredible beauty: it is a City of Art, at a walking pace, a town that will charm you with its simplicity. It is a place to visit on foot, walking through its center until you reach the many Venetian villas that represent the main feature of this center. They are located along the Terraglio, the most famous and largest city (connecting Treviso with Mestre) some beautiful examples of Venetian Villas with huge gardens. It is the sixteenth century buildings, seventeenth and eighteenth-century inhabited in the past by Venetian noble families and today transformed into hotels, in art sites and in some cases have remained privates.

Apartment was perfect for our stay.7 minutes walk from train station which takes you directly into Venice St Lucia .
