The space

Welcome to my home and welcome to this amazing city! This is a beautifully renovated 3 bedroom house. But don't take my word for it... let me walk you through it a little more!

The house has a really spacious and colourful living room which has a really cool contemporary feel to it. There are two comfy sofas (one of which converts into a comfy double sofa bed sleeping a further 2 people) for guests to use where you can put your feet up in the evenings, kick back and relax! Fancy an evening off? Then sit back, relax and turn on the flat screen TV. There are plenty of channels for you to enjoy. The living area is also home to the dining area, which is the perfect spot to enjoy some local delicacies. Top tip, try out Chapel Street food market in nearby Angel... you will be sure to take home some edible goodies from here!

If cooking a gourmet meal at home is more your thing, then rest assured the kitchen will have everything you need in it such as all the basic condiments, and as an added extra we make sure that there is also always plenty of tea, coffee and sugar so that you can make yourself a traditional British cuppa in the morning! There are also all the mod-cons such as toaster, kettle and dishwasher that you might expect. We really want to ensure that you have a comfortable stay here in London!

There are three double bedrooms in the house. All the bedrooms are spacious with colourful homely touches. There is also plenty of storage space for guests to store all their belongings.

Finally, the property also benefits from 2 bathrooms. Both bathrooms are bright and contemporary in style. The bathrooms will always come stocked with plenty of white fluffy towels and all the essential toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel and hand soap that you need to ensure that you have a comfortable stay in London.

The house comes with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, so that you can look fresh for exploring the city or for any business meetings! A baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request.

The neighbourhood

If you come to my place, you will possibly be in THE best connected area of London as you are within walking distance of Kings Cross.

Russell Square is also a unique area in that there is a wonderful and peaceful feel to the neighbourhood yet it is also one of the most central areas of London. Commuters and tourists alike will rejoice as it is located in zone 1 of the London tube system - this means that tickets are cheaper and the famous places in London are closer by and take less time to travel to!

There is plenty to see and do in Russell Square itself too. The British Museum is just 400m away and is a most see destination for tourists and locals. There is no entrance fee to pay and there is so much to see that visitors will likely spend at least half a day in the museum! The University of London's main buildings are also close by which are interesting to wander round if you want a feel free for what life is like for British students.

If you prefer to escape the hustle and bustle of central London life, then why not try out one of the parks near by. Take your pick from Regent's Park (less than a 30 minute walk away), or go to Russell Square, which is a little park closer to home. Take a book and relax! After all, that is what holidays are for!

Getting around

Kings Cross station is a 12 minute walk away - this station has overground and underground tube and rail services. St Pancras station is also 12 minutes walk away and this station has national and international train services. There are also plenty of buses in the area, which are a great way of travelling if you like to have a peek at your surroundings as you travel. Russell Square tube station is a 9 minute walk away.

A great local tip is to download the Citymapper app. This free app will plan your journey for you efficiently and quickly. It gives you a variety of different transport options such as bike, rail, tube and Uber taxi. It will also take you step by step through your journey as you travel and notify you when you are nearing your destination.
