One of, if not THE BEST, one bedroom condo in the whole complex! Come enjoy the sights and sounds of North Wildwood at this Beach Block 1 bedroom condo. Recently renovated, this 4th floor location offers excellent views of the island and the ocean from out on the balcony. Steps to the beach and boardwalk and many restaurants. Just a short distance to three amusement piers with over 100 rides and attractions, arcades, beachfront waterparks, jet skiing, parasailing, wave running, surfing and speedboat rentals.

Building features 2 Pools, Jacuzzi, Sun Deck with spectacular ocean and island views, off-street parking for 1 car, elevators, additional deck with tables and BBQ grills for cookouts, laundry facility available on site for an additional fee.

Very clean and recently updated condo sleeps 6 and features a Living Room with Queen sleeper sofa, 40" flat screen TV, wood laminate flooring, crown molding, wainscoting, full kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, etc. The bedroom has 2 double beds and a 20" flat screen TV. One of the nicest 1 bedroom units in the Surf Song building. Families preferred.

Private Internet Access is included in the condo and on the decks and balconies. With central heat and air, this unit is available for rent year round.

How do damage deposits work?
