ECO HOME è un monolocale con terrazza situata nelle immediate vicinanze della stazione ferroviaria di Bracciano (RM) (600 mt) e quindi a due passi dalla piazza comunale, dal castello Orsini – Odescalchi, dal duomo di Santo Stefano, dal borgo e dal centro storico (300 mt).
La posizione è strategica proprio per la sua centralità rispetto a tutte le attrattive turistiche del paese, oltre a quelle dei dintorni.
A disposizione degli ospiti un monolocale con 2 posti letto di 37 mq e 30 di terrazza con bagno privato interno dotato di tutti i comfort (condizionatore, frigo, piano cottura,)
L' ingresso è al piano terra e indipendente visto che trattasi di una piccola villetta.
L'arredamento curato nei minimi particolari con materiali riciclati (Pallet,Botti) nel rispetto dell' ambiente.
E' possibile usufruire di un piccolo terrazzo con vista lago parziale a causa degli alberi presenti.
