Upgraded townhouse at Regal Palms Regal, close to the resort pool area and facilities. It has 3 bedrooms and 2½ bathrooms. It is fully equipped and has been upgraded with the patio and balcony enclosed, so you can sit outside and enjoy the evening.

There is a 50' LCD in the living room with a enclosed patio to enjoy the outside without any bugs, and tvs in all bedrooms, free wireless Wi-Fi in house and cable tv with 120 channels. Free use of hi chair, portable crib, stroller and gate.

Just 35 miles from Orlando International Airport, Regal Palms Resort & SPA at Highlands Reserve is a gated community with a 24-hour front desk, sports pub broadcasting live events worldwide, restaurant, Frankie Farrells - restaurant and play ground, arcade, business center, meeting facilities, fitness center, and a large water park complete with waterslide, lazy river, spa and sunbathing terraces. There is a Spa and Health Club that offers an array of wellness, fitness, and beauty treatments.

Regal Palms Resort is just a great place to unwind and relax.

Getting around

Disney area tropical resort is ideal for large families on a budget who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the Orlando attractions. The town homes are spacious with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a full living room and a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, cable TV and sleeps 8-9 people. Amenities on the property which includes an on site restaurant, 3 swimming pools with a water slide and the lazy river make it ideal for children. Frankie Farrell's Restaurant and the volleyball court are a good draw for older children and the sunbathing terraces and poolside Tiki bar is a welcome retreat after a day at the parks. For those who want to combine business with pleasure, there is free wi-fi available in the business center.

Response from the owner I am sorry that you had some complaints regarding my home. My guests comfort and satisfaction are most important to me. I wish you would have contacted me or my manager regarding these issues. In my check in letter, I ask all guest to contact me with any issues pertaining to my home. I can not correct a problem if I do not know about it. I have contacted my manager regarding the leak under the sink to fix this as soon as possible, since the manager and I were unaware of the problem . I will chalk the shower head issue up to operator error as it is working just fine. The front loader machine door needs to remain open after each wash in order to prevent mildew. This is required by the manufacturer. That is why there is a handwritten instruction card on the machine, to make sure that the guest are aware of this. I ask all to read my past reviews, regarding the comfort of beds, and home in general. Its good to know that you were happy with the WiFi. I am proud to say that just about all of my previous guests, in this home, have been very satisfied, and past reviews do reflect that. Sincerely, Laura
