During peak season which runs from first week of February through first week of April and again from first week of June through first week of August we require Saturday to Saturday reservations. If your dates fall out side of this requirement please send an inquiry. We will try to accommodate shorter stays or non typical stays whenever possible. SUNRISE ON LAKE TARPON is a destination in itself, located on Lake Tarpon, Pinellas County's  largest lake. It is renowned for its trophy-sized large mouth bass on occasion producing up to ten-pound bass! Put your boat in at John Chesnut or Anderson Park or rent lakeside at Freedom Boat Rentals and dine at the dockable Tarpon Turtle restaurant. Located just minutes from Innisbrook Golf and Country Club, home of the Valspar Open Professional Golf Tournament. There are endless possibilities from this lake side sanctuary.

The ROMANTIC MASTER RETREAT accesses the screened balcony overlooking the sparkling pool, landscaped grounds and has sweeping views of the lake. It has a king sized bed and a flat screen TV for your enjoyment. There is a large walk in closet and wood dressers for storing your personal belongings. The large private MASTER BATHROOM comes equipped with granite counter tops and a humongous tiled walk in shower and Jacuzzi tub.

The SECOND BEDROOM also has sweeping views of the lake for catching spectacular sunrises and access to the screened balcony. It has a comfortable queen bed with bedside seating choices for your relaxation while viewing the flat screen TV. This room also has a double futon.

The UPSTAIRS WEST BEDROOM has a queen bed, large closet, and HD TV.  

The GROUND FLOOR BEDROOM has a queen bed, large closet, and HD TV.

The SHARED UPSTAIRS BATHROOM has a shower and tub and is tastefully decorated.

The fully equipped KITCHEN is stocked with all the necessitates for making fantastic meals and drinks. There is also a WET BAR and FRIDGE for storing and making your favorite concoctions. 

The huge DINING ROOM is beside the kitchen and has seating for up to 10. The room has a hutch and playful artwork.

The LIVING ROOM has plush furniture, Flat Screen HDTV, BluRay DVD-CD player, digital cable package and a electronic fireplace with multiple lighting choices. 

The MAIN FLOOR BATHROOM is conveniently located just off the GROUND FLOOR BEDROOM and has contemporary decorations and tiled shower.

The Washer and Dryer are just off the kitchen. Ironing boards, hair dryers, beach towels and pool toys are provided.

Special Note: Unreasonably loud noise and music, parties and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours after 10 PM. Please plan your trip accordingly and contact us with any questions or clarifications.

Special Note: Pool is heated (subject to #24 of the home rules published on this site and in your rental agreement) throughout the year in an attempt to maintain 80-85 degrees, however, pool temps will fluctuate during winter depending on strength and frequency of cold fronts. We do not guarantee any temperature at any time. In winter time, supplemental heating is available for $250.00 per week which involves running the pump and heater for up to 18 hours per day as opposed to the normal 10. We cannot guarantee what temperature will be achieved as it is dependent on the outside temperature. Similarly, pool will often reach over 90 degrees in summer naturally. Guests should consider the forecast in their decision both prior to arrival and during your stay.

Parking: There is outside parking that will accommodate up to 4 cars.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I make changes to my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
