it is centrally located near other villages and popular beaches

a stone’s throw from a number of short & long hiking trails which enable visitors to walk
all around the island
one can wander though the beautiful narrow alleys of Artemonas and get a taste of the local cuisine and traditional hospitality (no car is needed)
for the night- life lovers, Apollonia is just 1 km away and offers a wealth of entertainment opportunities
because it is nice to feel at home
the sunrise from Captain’s Home-ART is simply a must see
Once one enters Captain’s Home-ART he cannot but be amazed by a wonderful triangle rock garden as well as a big anchor reminiscent of the founder’s line of work. The other side of the house offers an unobstructed view to the olive grove. Adjacent to the traditional main blue entrance there is a decorative urn. Entering the house, you find yourself in a spacious living room / sitting room with a fireplace. An arc leads to fully-equipped kitchen. The room is furnished with traditional, hand-made furniture and the stone-built shelves on the wall enhance the beauty of the Sifnos ceramic ornaments. The first level of the house is sun-lit due to the three large window doors which lead to a huge veranda. The view to the olive grove, the neighbouring picturesque villages and the blue sea is simply awesome. There are four double bedrooms all equipped with TV, air-condition, hair-dryers and mosquito repellent devices. Each room also has its own private balcony. Two of the bedrooms are on the first level of the house and one bedroom has an en suite bathroom. A white marble staircase leads to the lower level of the house where there is the third bedroom of the house as well as the studio. The studio can be totally independent from the rest of the house. On the lower level there is a kitchenette, a shower and one bedroom. There is a total of three bathrooms in the house.
