This bright apartment, beautiful and safe has a gourmet terrace with barbecue, a nice view of the sea saw, air conditioning in every room, a large and beautiful swimming pool for adults and one for children. It also has beach service, providing ice, umbrella and chairs. In addition to many advantages, we have 2 bikes (one with child seat), boogie boards, beach toys, games like war, master, poker kit, playing cards and children's toys. You've found a treasure! Here you will find comfort, ease, security and plenty of perks. Purchase this apartment was a long-held dream, and we are more than happy to share this dream with you - live next to the sea, plunge into a refreshing pool, feel the air conditioning in the tanned by the sun, and at night play fun playing pool, foosball, ping pong, or play cards in the game room! SPACE INSIDE LOVELY Before leaving for the beach or the pool, prepare breakfast, lunch and snacks in a wonderful kitchen full of accessories and natural light. Even wine and sparkling wine we provide for the happy moments of tasting. Enjoy your wonderful meals in a beautiful dining table for up to 7 people. After a sunny day, relax in front of a modern TV FULL HD 4K, with the full cable TV package and Internet access through fiber optic connection speed. With all this comfort, do not feel guilty if you want to have a good time indoors! The two comfortable rooms promise a truly restful sleep lulled by the sound of distant waves. The suite has 1 double and 1 auxiliary bed single. The second bedroom has two single beds that can be stitched together to form one large bed style King. Each of the two beds also have other 2 auxiliary beds, accommodating with maximum comfort 4 people. Auxiliary beds the master bedroom and also the second bedroom are perfect for babies, as are protected on both sides by the wall and the edge of the main bed, forming a safe and comfortable corner for the little ones. Our dorms are flexible enough to accommodate families, couples or longtime friends. In the rooms can be accommodated 7 people and still have capacity for 3 people in the room, 2 sofa bed, 1 single and one double. In the service area, we have washing machine, beach chairs and also a cooler for you to take your drinks to the beach. Just fill the box and apply an ice pack in the lobby. BALCONY GOURMET MAGNIFICENT A great option to start and end the day is to enjoy the balcony, feeling the ocean breeze and dazzling the beautiful view of the sea saw. It is breathtaking! Our gourmet balcony has a beautiful table with chairs, barbecue and a sink, making it easier to prepare a nice barbecue and delicious caipirinhas. Anyone resist that? OUTSIDE AREA AND RECREATION AREA The recreation area has a swimming pool for adults and another for children, TV room, games and amusements for children. Have you considered taking a dip while the kids have fun in the games room or on the slide? It will also be a lot of fun enjoy the evening having fun in the games room, playing pool, foosball, or playing ping pong. The condo has full beach service, offering umbrella, chairs and even ice to keep their freshly baked drinks. When descending, remember to catch the cooler in the apartment and their favorite drinks. LOCATION The best is yet to come! When you want to enjoy all this, Bertioga is only 110 km from São Paulo, in a way easily accessible, safe and congestion free. AREA Next to the apartment there are several bars and restaurants to enjoy the cozy city of Bertioga. In front of the apartment, a delightful beach awaits. In addition, there is complete infrastructure markets, bakeries, shops, pharmacies, hospital and several leisure options. Bertioga is a small town but with excellent range of services. Be sure to visit the Bertioga Channel. If you like good adventure, rent a kayak or even a stand-up paddle board to give good strokes. If you want to feel a bit of local history, visit the Fort St. John, built in 1547, it is considered the first fortress built in Brazil. Among other attractions we have the Itatinga Village and also the indigenous lands of the Rio Silveira, today that house about 500 Indians of the Guarani ethnic group. The village is located in Boraceia Beach. Just as we make your dreams come true and come feel the mood of Bertioga with ease, comfort and safety!
