Chalet Brunner 2 is a spacious 3 bedroom holiday apartment with garden terrace located on the 1st floor of the recently built and very charming Chalet Brunner. Constructed to the highest specifications, it’s a desirable ski-in / ski-out property, conveniently located next to the ski piste and just a 650m ski or walk downhill to the centre of the family-friendly “car-free” village of Wengen.
This apartment sleeps up to 6 people:
Bedroom 1 = 1 king-size double bed
Bedroom 2 = 2 single / twin beds
Bedroom 3 = 2 single / twin beds
All beds are European sizes.
Bathroom 1 = bathtub with shower overhead and WC
Bathroom 2 = shower and WC
Bathroom 3 = WC / toilet only
Apartment location - being just 650m walk downhill to the train station, 600m to the nearest supermarket, ski piste outside and 650m to the cable car and nursery ski slopes, mountain hiking trails and ski areas are just literally on your doorstep!
Staying at Chalet Brunner in summer, you have hiking and walking trails are at your doorstep! Relax on the sunny terrace or dine al fresco while taking in the crisp mountain air and enjoying the dazzling views of the Jungfrau. Coffee on the terrace anyone?? And balconies off all the bedrooms allow guests the luxury of enjoying a more private outdoor retreat!
The open concept living/dining/kitchen area is relaxed and informal – comfortable furnishings in earth tones make it warm and cosy, while amenities such as free WiFi, a large widescreen TV & DVD player keep guests entertained.
The bright attractive kitchen is very well equipped and a natural gathering place – the centre of activity for cooking, eating and chatting, or just playing games around the dining table! What you should know...
Although Wengen is a "car-free" mountain village, arriving by car is no problem. There is a large multi-storey car park at Lauterbrunnen train station, with trolleys for your luggage and lifts to the station platforms. It is just a 14-minute scenic cog train ride up to Wengen. The trains depart every 30 minutes until 9.30 pm and then hourly. Taxis are available for hire at Wengen train station if you require assistance to your chalet.

“Great chalet in convenient location”
This chalet is just a short walk from the centre of Wengen and has lovely views. It is well equipped with good furnishings. There is plenty of space for 6 guests.

Thank you for your comments Wengen is situated in the mountains and therefore any walks or treks involve hills or gradients we have timed our walk to the village and it's no longer than 10 minutes but there are small electric taxis available at the station that can help when you have luggage,we are sorry if we did not make you aware of this. The washing machine and tumble dryer are situated in the utility room below in our basement,this is not unusual in Swiss chalets,its just the way,leaving lots more room in the kitchen. Once again we are so pleased you enjoyed your stay,please come back and see us again and we are pleased our property has got you thinking about villa/apartment stays in the future,hopefully with views as special as ours. If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
