This open floor planned condo is perfect for a getaway weekend, family vacation, or snowbird winter rental as it offers all of the comforts of home.
The living room features 55 inch flat screen Smart TV, 2 reclining chairs and multiple sofas. Guests will love the ease of cooking a family meal in the fully equipped kitchen in which the homeowner has provided extra cookware, utensils, and a wine opener for their guests dining pleasure. For guests who enjoy eating outside, a community BBQ/picnic area is available.
Magnolia Pointe 302 comfortably sleeps 4 people.

Myrtlewood Golf Club is home to two championship golf courses, PineHills and The Palmetto, which are set along the beautiful Intercoastal Waterway. The PineHills course is the first and only design along the Grand Strand by award-winning architect Arthur Hills. The community also offers guests 4 outdoor swimming pools, on-site parking, and elevator access.
Magnolia 302 is located just a short 5 minute drive from the beach which has plenty of public accesses as well as local gift shops and several fishing piers. After a long day of sun and sand, enjoy an evening out at Broadway at the Beach, which is just up the highway from the condo. Families will love the IMAX Theater, aquarium, and of course the vast array of shopping and restaurant opportunities. For those looking for a night out on the town, Broadway at the Beach is famous for it's Celebrity Square, which has 10 dazzling nightclubs!
Southern Coast Vacations has a complete reservations staff that is well versed in all aspects of each of our rentals homes, and the surrounding areas. They work with you during the booking process, before your arrival for additional questions and information, and our staff is available to you 24/7. If at any time you are in need, we are able to assist!
Other things to note:
Beach and Pool towels are not provided, so be sure to bring some along.
Our properties are completely non smoking.
We rent to families and adults over the age of 25 only.
The Magnolia community does not allow motorcycles, trailers, or motor homes.
A small dog under 25 pounds is allowed for a winter rental stay of 30 days or more!
Stays under 30 days, pets are not considered.
Linen price is factored into final price of stay.
If you plan to use the sleeper sofa you will need bring your own bedding for it.
Although homes are often equipped with some non-perishable food items, such as sugar, coffee, and spices, we cannot guarantee they will be there. Guests are supplied with a starter set of paper products. Each rental will have 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom and 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen. Please come prepared with your own soaps or other needed toiletries such as dish detergent or laundry detergent. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside (pool or beach).
Guests should bring their own toiletries, we supply a starter set of toiletries. Per the linen package that is already included, we will provide 1 set of towels per guest and sheets for each bed. Most properties have a washer/dryer or a coin operated facility. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside (pool or beach).
