Lock in this gorgeous, brand-new, never-before-rented fully-furnished single family 4 br home with sleeping accommodations for everyone!

This immaculate home features a gourmet kitchen w SS appliances, spacious living and dining rooms and washer/dryer on 2nd flr for your convenience.

Just blocks to the beach (1/2 mi.), shopping and restaurants.

Enjoy all that Pier Village has to offer, then come home and relax in a tranquil retreat. Large yard with deck.

The house is located on Long Branch Ave in Long Branch. You will receive 6 beach passes to Long Branch municipal beaches. You can save up to $7 a day per badge on weekends. For Saturday and Sunday, if you use the beach passes, your family of 6 adults will save $84. If you use the passes for an entire week, you will save over $200. You can use that money and go to a nice restaurant in Pier Village instead!

Renters often message us to ask if the house is available to rent during specified dates. You may lock in your dates by selecting the instantly book feature and the only way to reserve your dates is by booking via online booking. If the dates are showing as available on the calendar, THE HOUSE IS AVAILABLE. If the dates are blocked, the house is not available and is rented to other guests. The house arrangement is as follows: The first floor has a living room with sofa which can convert to a queen-sized bed. The first floor also has a half-bath, dining room and kitchen.

The second floor has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom #1 has a king-sized bed with an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom #1 also includes a pull-out twin ottoman. Bedroom #2 has two queen-sized beds. Bedroom #3 has a bunk bed perfect for the kids. The bottom bunk has a full-sized mattress and the top bunk has a twin-sized mattress. A twin-sized mattress trundle can be pulled out. Bedroom #4 has a full-sized bed. The house has many smart-home features and large screen HDTV's throughout.

Immaculate new house in Long Branch, NJ. Within walking distance to beach. Pier Village close by. A superior rental property.
