The property consists of three standard studios on the first floor and one superior ground floor studio.
Look no further, Νikos and Maria studios are only a few minutes distance from Laganas beautiful sandy beach. Having everything you may need nearby you are in the right place where you can combine relaxation and entertainment.
The First Floor Studios (are located on the first floor) feature furnished private balconies and are suitable for 2 people.
They facilitate two single beds that can be joined as one, a fully equipped kitchenette with electric rings, air-condition, bathroom with shower, closet, safety deposit box and a furnished private balcony.
Cleaning service is available every two days and towels and sheets are changed twice a week.
