Only 200 metres from subway , this charming modern apartment with historic furniture is situated in a very quiet little street.

There is all amenities needed near by, even a SPAR gourmet grocery shop is in the block! its walking distance to center and Naschmarket and Belvedere castle!

There are a few steps to access the elevator!

The big bedroom is connected to the kitchen with terrase (no door between, only curtains) but seperated from the second bedroom by a corridor. So sleeping seperately and using the bathrooms without disturbing the other bedroom is possible for both sleeping rooms guests. ( You are booking the whole apartment!). On request 2 single beds for 2 more persons can be placed in the entrance room and living room. the apt then sleeps 6! The entrance room is to be walked through and is in front of the toilet room!

The spacious and bright bathroom has a shower as well as a bathtub and 2 sinks but no toilet. Also washer and drier!

The toilet is in a seperate small room with a small sink and mirror. (There is only 1 toilet)

Linnen and towels are provided.

Stricktly non smoking (except on the terrace).

There is Netflix on amerzon fire TV, french press and Italian espresso maker...

Subway stop "Taubstummengasse" is only 1 stop from Main Station "Hauptbahnhof" and 1 stop from Karlsplatz (Opera)

Getting around

No need for a car! Public transport is great and cheap in Vienna. Taxis are also. Almost everything is walking distance. Vienna is short term parking only , monday to friday 9am to 10pm, max. 2 hours (various exceptions, eg parking reserved for residents at the other side of the street). There is a park&ride at subway U4. (Deutschordenstraße 3A, 1140 Wien). Best is to park in front of the house to unload (fast or at fee ,then its free from 10pm to 9am and also Sundays and you can go later park the car and visit castle of schönbrunn on the way back by subway U4 Another P&R is at 1030 Wien, Franzosengraben 2. EUR 3,50 a day or 17,50 per week At subway U3 "Erdberg"
