Description

Located on a hectare of land adjoining our house, we open our cottage this year. It can accommodate 6 people for holidays and / or use of cottage step for bikes or horseback rides (possibility of accommodating horses ... only animals allowed!) The cottage consists of: - 3 double bedrooms (one with a bed height of 90 ideal for children) - 2 bathrooms with shower, bath and towel dry - 1 kitchen stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher - 1 laundry with washing dryer (clothes line outside) - 1 living area with TV, small library and games reception and site visits are made by the owner. Many walks are possible on foot, horseback, bicycle, but also by boat (boat rental without a license along the Charente) and canoeing. You can enjoy the beach of Port d'Envaux at 10 minutes and you are 45 minutes from La Rochelle, 1 hour from Royan and 15 minutes from Saintes. You are close to cities of art and history such as the Castle of Taillebourg, Saintes arenas, towers of La Rochelle, stone and Castle Crazannes and that of Roche Courbon. You can enjoy the Aquarium of La Rochelle, bowling, cinema, different municipal pools in the area (Atlantis Saint Jean d'Angely), Zoo of Palmyra, the paléosite Saintes, Cognac cellars of Hermione Rochefort or Dompierre donkey farm. For children, small boats of Saint Savinien and playground, farm Magne. For longer visits, you are close to the Poitiers Futuroscope and the Monkey Valley and Puy du Fou. in our case, the rules are mainly those of good manners ... A 350 euros deposit is requested but not received on arrival and returned on departure. The small serving lunches is not compulsory and just proposed.
