Casa Loma is nestled in the midst of the warm Caribbean climate in the heart of the Mayan Riviera.

It is located in Playa del Carmen within Playacar Phase 1, the best residential area. This gated community offers 24 hour security and is just a few steps away from the private beach with its white sand and turquoise blue water. The villa is directly next to the Mayan ruins. It offers a maximum amount of privacy, yet is only minutes away from the downtown area of Playa del Carmen and 5th Avenue with its shopping, international restaurants and night life.

The home is open and spacious with its simple and elegant architecture of the Spanish Colonial era. There are four bedrooms each with their own bathroom and walk-in closet. From the living room you have access to the sundeck and private pool, a perfect spot for a barbecue. The rooftop veranda provides a beautiful area for Yoga and the sunrise or evening cocktails with the sunset. It offers a breath taking view of the Caribbean Sea. The island of Cozumel is just a ferry ride away. The kitchen is fully equipped and able to handle daily meals or the formal dinner party.

This introduction should help you arrive safely and give you some helpful ideas about places to go and things to do. Transportation: After you land at the airport in Cancun, you will need to get your luggage and go through customs. This can go quickly, if you’re lucky, or it can take 30-45 minutes. Make sure you keep the little bottom half of that customs paper, it is required to exit the country, and will cost you $75 if you lose it.
