The Juniper Landing community is ideally located just steps from the Frostwood Gondola and is nestled between the 9th and 10th fairways of the Canyons Golf Course.

Juniper Landing Penthouse is a 2,448-square foot townhome with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and can sleep up to 6 adults and 8 children. The townhome features floor to ceiling windows in the living area, a beautiful fireplace for your enjoyment, and a modern mountain aesthetic. Cook a meal in the gourmet kitchen, or take in the beautiful view from one of the private decks.

The Master Suite features a cozy fireplace, King bed, large soaking tub, and a private deck. The first guest suite offers a queen bed and ensuite bath. You’ll find the same in the second guest suite, with a queen bed and ensuite bath. The custom bunk room features 4 twin bunk beds (8 twin beds total), a PlayStation 4 for entertainment, and an ensuite bath.

Juniper Landing Penthouse also features a washer and dryer for your use, as well as a private patio near the golf course for your convenience. Relax and enjoy the views! Or, if you’d prefer a bit of company, Juniper Landing’s courtyard features a Junior Olympic-sized outdoor pool, a fitness center with a hot tub and steam shower available in both the winter and summer months. Finally, for your convenience, Juniper Landing Penthouse features a boot dryer and 2-car garage, which is perfect for storing your vehicle and ski gear. Please note there is no parking outside of the garage.
