Description

Home is large and comfortable, retired owners with pets (four Shelties) lone cat which stays downstairs. All amenities for this home, rebuilt in 2014 and can accommodate guests for required periods of time. Smoking is permitted as one person in household does smoke, so is OK on lower level and patio's, outside, etc. Large back yard which is fenced and pleasant, especially in summer weather, barbeque and seating "gazebo", garden, etc.

Host will provide for amenities required for comfort of guests. Host available most times to see to guest comfort, guests not required to observe any time schedule or curfews of any kind. You can go about your business, activities as own needs and speed. Late arrivals need to advice host prior with estimated time, etc.

Guests are required to respect owner privacy with NO parties or late night disturbances, extra persons. Any children must be over seven years, quiet and respectful of surroundings, times and pets.. Note that requests for EXTRA days/nights must be made prior to stay and will and incur extra charges based on confirmed reservation pricing. Ask for these added cost when request is made of host?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Van (the owner) a message.

If Van (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
