The professionally landscaped grounds features paths to walk thru to appreciate the mature plantings and greenery and multiple decks off the pool area and kitchen.Outdoor barbecue for grilling on the deck off the kitchen and master bedroom suite.The granite and marble kitchen features 2 sinks,5 burner gas cook-top ,Bosch dishwasher,front load washer/dryer,flat screen TV and full bath.

Master bedroom suite is on the main floor and has Jacuzzi bath with separate shower and make up room with its own deck and views of the pool and gardens and a flat screen TV.The 2nd guest bedroom featuring queen sized bed is also on the main floor.The two upstairs guest rooms feature one room with queen sized bed and the second guest room has two twin size beds.The two guest rooms share a full bath.

The Indoor Pool area off the kitchen has 6 lounge chairs with a tiki bar for entertaining.There are 8 ceiling panels that open up in the summer to let the sun in.The deck features a brand new teak table to seat 8.

The sun room features a a 65 inch smart TV ideal for viewing movies and sporting events with HBO /DVR.Close to town with great restaurants and shops. .Seeking 15 night minimum stay.

We enjoyed using the pool. Saeed This great place. Even the weather was really terrible, we enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and the pool is really nice and warm. Throughout process, Tim was in touch with us. In summary, what you need is to bring your own food and enjoy this beautiful home. The kitchen is perfect. Tim was very prompt in getting back to us on any questions and was very flexible/helpful with our booking. This was a bonus since we had a lot of questions! Extremely accommodating host. Guests should be carefull to not damage or stain the furniture as the furniture is all new.The ideal guest will leave the house pretty much the same way they found it when they arrived.Not required to make beds before leaving.There is no smoking in the pets are allowed and most important,children are not permitted in the pool area unless accompanied by someone 21 years or older
