Description

Oakfield Cottage, Tobermory, Isle of Mull is converted from part of Oakfield House, an impressive Victorian country house located in upper Tobermory. Oakfield Cottage has recently been renovated to a very high standard and continues to welcome back many returning guests.despite being is a very well established (1996) self catering property with many returning guests. It is situated in a secluded location at the end of a no through road yet only a short walk to Tobermory main street and all the local amenities. The nearest restaurants and golf course are less than five minutes walk away.

Accommodation includes:

On the ground floor: a large comfortable lounge with television, DVD player and stereo, a fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge/freezer and a microwave oven, on this floor there is also a bath room with powerful over bath shower

On the upper floor: two double bedrooms.

A cot, high chair and stair gates can be supplied if required.

Guests at Oakfield Cottage have full use of a small private garden which has spectacular views over Calve Island in Tobermory Bay and the Sound of Mull. The cottage has private off street parking within the grounds. Oakfield Cottage is ideal for adults and children alike. Guests at Oakfield Cottage have an excellent view of the very busy bird feeders. Oakfield Cottage has a well stocked toy cupboard and a wide rage of books, DVDs, CDs and games for guests of all ages.

Prices at Oakfield Cottage include electricity, linen and towels. The cottage is very well insulated and double glazed.

Mull is a beautiful island with a lot to see and do. It is a haven for wildlife with a wide array of birds and animals to look out for. Walkers and climbers have a great choice of routes on Mull and some of its neighbouring islands. Guests can choose to take one of the many land or sea tours or explore independently. There are options to visit and explore other islands such as Ulva and Iona. A holiday on Mull can be hectic or relaxing - or maybe a combination of the two.

How do damage deposits work?

If Iain (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
