Located in the heart of Aldeburgh town centre, 5 Coastguard Cottage is a Victorian terraced property just a minutes walk from Aldeburgh High Street and two minutes' to the beach. This quirky self catering holiday cottage is spread over three floors with living accommodation on the middle floor and bedrooms/bathrooms on the top and bottom floors. An ideal base for couples or a small family looking for a relaxing seaside break on the enchanting Suffolk coastline.

“Don't go in winter !!”

Very central little cottage with everything you could need … BUT... There is no central heating, the TV is tiny and there seems to be lots of silver fish in the downstairs bedroom!!

Pleased to hear the cottage provided all that you needed and you found the cottage in a good position in the centre of town. Really sorry to hear you experienced problems with heating as the house does not have central heating. We do provide individual heaters for the property and we would of been happy to bring extra ones if we had known you were cold. With regards to the small TV we have mentioned this to the owner. Our maintenance team are also looking into the silver fish in the downstairs bedroom. I am sorry you felt the property was not quite as you would of liked. How do damage deposits work?
