Our one bedroom seafront penthouse with private roof / sun terrace, only a minutes walk away has also achieved a 'Certificate of Excellence 2017, 2018 & 2019 & now the honour of The Travellers Choice Award 2020'. Stunning, rare, rooftop and sea views from the lounge, internal dining area, kitchen, both bedrooms and also both the south facing, sea view, sun / roof terraces with outside dining area.
From the moment the sun rises to when it sets you have unique and very special views from the rooms and the roof terraces so you can be in the sun from morning till night allowing for alfresco, sunny dining and entertaining throughout your day and evening. This is why we have named it Panoramic Penthouse but our original name Sunrise Sunset Penthouse works just as well. This really is extremely rare in Brighton and Hove. The wall of windows that wrap around the open plan sitting room and dining area towards the sea are simply incredible so even in winter when its too chilly to make full use of the roof / terraces you still get the wow effect.
With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, (one ensuite, the other directly next to the other bedroom) this penthouse apartment covering the entire top floor of this 5 floor high building is ideal to share with friends or family. The lift door is directly outside the apartment door and with gentle ramps to the front door of the building and completely step free from the high street to the apartment its also ideal for people that have mobility issues.
The master bedroom with its UK king sized comfortable bed, topped with high quality linen gives all you need for a comfortable nights sleep. The double windows face over the roof tops with sea views towards Hove. Built in double cupboards should be ample to store your travel bags and hang your clothes. The bright ensuite bathroom has both a bath to unwind in and a walk in shower to refresh.
The second bedroom, actually larger than the master bedroom is either set-up with a UK Super King sized bed or 2 single beds. Again with two windows with city and sea views but this time overlooking Brighton. Further built in cupboards with specially designed travel bag storage area. The stylish family / guest bathroom found directly outside this room has a newly tiled and designed double sized walk in shower with its colour changing LED lighting to set the mood you wish and add that extra touch of fun into your holiday.
The kitchen sits next to the main living area. It has all you could want for your stay, Double electric ovens, 4 electric induction hobs, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer. Whilst cooking or washing up the view from the sea view window is sheer joy. The kitchen bar is ideal for a couple of friends or family to keep you company whilst you or even better, they cook. A perfect spot to crack a bottle of wine open and enjoy.
The main excitement however is the main living area with its windows wrapping around the whole room. It can take your breath away. The roof tops and the sea all in full view. The pictures just don't show it off, Its stunning. With the internal dining table over the left corner with a table suitable for 5 people. The double french style doors lead out to the sun terrace on this side of the lounge. A truly great spot to dine indoors with superb views. The other sun terrace that leads off this room has a table, chairs and a bench for outside entertaining whether over a drink or to dine. I spend a large amount of my time here, well into the evening. In summer, the background buzz of the city enjoying itself adds to the joy.

We have just got back from staying in this lovely apartment & are already planning another trip. Lovely place, great location. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace watching the world go by. Beds were very comfortable & the apartment has everything you need if you want to cook although it's very near some great restaurants. Would highly recommend.
“Amazing Penthouse with fantastic views.”
My family and I have just returned from a 4 night stay in this wonderful Penthouse. The photographs we saw beforehand do not do the apartment justice, it is absolutely perfect with breath taking views taking in Brighton and it's famous seafront. The penthouse is decorated and furnished to a very high standard, including lots of little extra touches to make your stay more comfortable. It is in a central location for either shopping or a few minutes walk to the beach. Despite the apartment being in a prime location, it was extremely quiet and we were not disturbed during our relaxing stay. On arrival we were met by James who is extremely amiable and really had thought of everything, to make our stay more enjoyable. The information booklet provided on arrival had everything we could possibly need to know about Brighton and Hove, including recommended places to eat out and visit. James informed us that we could contact him if we had any problems which was extremely reassuring, although we didn't need to take him up on his offer. It was our first visit to Brighton but it certainly won't be our last. We were taken aback by the friendliness of everyone we met and can definitely recommend this beautiful Penthouse. “Very welcoming and fantastic apartment”
James was extremely helpful and friendly. He met is at the car park and helped bring our luggage to a very nice apartment which had everything we needed for our stay. Very well located as only 5 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes into town. No car needed. Apartment child friendly and Brighton is well set up for COVID-19. Especially the pier. Wonderful weekend, highly recommend.
