Bright and spacious two storied 160m2 Architect-Penthouse in Saggen, close to city center, the greenest district of the city. It takes ca.10 min to walk to the city-center through the Hofgarten-Park or along the River Inn directly to the old City.The Living-room (63m2) with a west-faced Terrace- overlooking Innsbruck and Inntal-Valley to the West with a panorama view to mountains and a stunning view to the very close-located imposant mountain range “Nordkette" with a Sunset-view throughout the year.

“Amazing views and very comfortable”

It was a great location. Everything needed nearby and easy walk into center city. It was spotless and very comfortable for our family. Could not get enough of beautiful views of mountains.

This booking was to our satisfaction. Beautiful view. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. Just a quick walk to fresh baked bread and pizza. The apartment was clean. We recommend this!

“Wonderful relaxing place to stay with sensational views.”

The apartment was fabulous. Very spacious, spotless and cool. When the fog lifted (!) the views from the flat really were awe-inspiring. The location is ideal, in a very beautiful, calm area. We walked everywhere, including the train station, and the city is really very easy to negotiate. Lovely shop 2 mins away making food shopping a pleasure. Despite pretty grim weather we were thrilled with our stay. Also Mr Shaji who welcomed us was delightful and Mr Weiser was extremely helpful about arriving early with luggage, and incredibly punctual about replying to messages. A really fantastic place, brilliantly managed.

“Up in the mountains!”

Wonderful location, with easy walk into town centre, mountains and tram. Essential mini market & bakery very near by. Apartment has stunning & beautiful views. It is spacious and modern. We would stay here again! Good for kids.
