Purpose built luxurious holiday accommodation that can sleep up to six, Fully disabled, with assess ramp, electric disabled bed with side bars, and a wet room complete with removable disabled rails, toilet seat and frame and shower stool, all doors and passages have been built to fit a standard size wheel chair. The Barn comes complete with two double bedrooms one with en-suite, comprising of a shower cubicle with power shower, WC with soft closing lid and a built in sink with cupboard underneath there is a mirror with built in light and LED time display, A double bed with bed side cabinet and side light, double wardrobe and a 43in smart T.V. The bed room has French doors opening onto a patio area with seating, The second bed room sleeps two with two single beds one is a electric disabled bed, bedside cabinet with bed side light and a double chest of draws, a 43inch smart T.V. A door leads into the family bathroom which is a fully functional Wet Room with a multi function luxury power shower, WC with soft closing lid, bidet, wash basin and a mirror with built in lights and LED time display, The hall way leads into the large open plan living, dinning and kitchen area complete with a full equipped kitchen with all appliances, including a double oven range cooker. The lounge area itself has a large bed settee that converts into a double bed if required, Two Tub chairs, an Italian marble table that seats six, There is a 49 inch smart T.V. over a cabinet that house board games and various reading matter, Bi folding doors onto patio area with seating creating an outdoors inside feeling, wifi is also available. Out side comprises of Three large patio areas and decked area. Large teak circular table complete with lazy Mary, full parasol and three double curved benches, double lounge four poster padded bed with reversible seating, wicker padded settee and chair complete with table, seating and relaxation chairs situated on the decking area, BBQ , Pizza oven, Chimaera and Hammock chair creating an ideal location for spending time outdoors, trampolin, swings, slide, play house and Beach Huts are onsite for entertaining the family. we now have a games room complete with pool table, dart board, a selection of board games and a selection of DVDs alongj with a X box with various Xbox games.

we live on site so are available at all times during your stay we will be here upon arrival to show you your cottage and go through the welcome pack. we provide you with a complementary hamper to get you going, and explain to you how things work,.the heating etc. wed will explain the hot tub and games room and provide DVDs and X box games should you require. providing we have a contact number we will contact you a couple of days prior to arrival to make sure you are sure of directions and to see if their are any special requirements you would require.

Booked a 2 night break here for myself , brother and mum. Accommodation perfectly fitted the needs of my mum who is disabled and uses a walking frame , the wet room shower was great . The accommodation had everything we needed and was good quality ( pictures don’t do it justice) Great location with lots of places to visit nearby , beautiful view Really friendly and knowledgeable hosts
