This home is a designer showcase! You and your family and friends will be surrounded by luxury during your vacation. Everything in this 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home is of superior quality -- from the professionally equipped kitchen to the amazing decor. Take a dip in the pool after relaxing on the chaise. Ride your bikes to North Beach and walk Seabrook Island's sandy beaches. You will not want to leave! PET FRIENDLY!

Upon driving up to this magnificent home, you will notice the beautiful craftsmanship. When you enter the home, you will be wowed by the beamed ceiling and the view to the pool, golf course, and lagoon through the wall of windows. Settle into the comfortable furnishings for conversation or to watch shows on the large HDTV that raises up with the push of a button from the stylish cabinet. The kitchen is top notch. The custom cabinetry is set against a brick wall. The large sleek, black granite counter has seating for three. The appliances are suitable for a professional chef. The oversized refrigerator has French doors with multiple freezer drawers. The Wolfe gas range is perfect for cooking. Other features in this well stocked kitchen include double ovens, a large wine refrigerator in the separate bar area and other top line appliances. Off the kitchen is a dining room surrounded by windows offering views of the backyard. Dine around the table for 8 while sharing stories from your day on the beach.

There are two wings off the living area. Down one wing are two bedrooms and a laundry room. The laundry room has front load LG appliances and a granite counter with a sink. Walk down the hall to the master suite. The master bedroom a king bed, luxurious linens, and doors leading to the shaded back deck. A high beamed wooded ceiling creates a star formation above. Mounted over the dresser is a TV. The master bath offers under-mounted double sinks in a granite top. The extra roomy shower has multiple shower heads including a rain head. It is beautifully tiled and has a separate toilet area. Head up the stairs off the hall to the 2nd bedroom. This peaceful retreat has a king bed, large HDTV, and comfortable seating area. Beautifully decorated, you will feel completely relaxed in this oasis. The adjoining full bath has a large tiled shower, two granite topped vanities, and a separate toilet room.

Walk down the hall in the other wing of the home to the powder room. A unique bronze tiled sink graces the vanity. Tile and shiplap siding adorn the walls. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. Doors lead to the large screened deck. A TV is mounted making it easy to watch from the bed. The adjacent full bath features tile flooring, a large walk-in shower, and a vanity with granite. Continue down the hall to the 4th bedroom. This room is perfect for the children. The bedroom has two twin beds surrounded by windows with views of the lush, tropical landscape. Watch shows on the HDTV. The en suite bathroom has a shower tub and granite topped vanity.

The outdoor space at this magnificent home is as spectacular as the interior of this home. Off the living room is a spacious porch surrounded by floor to ceiling screens. Modern wicker furniture surrounds the gas fireplace. A table for 6 allows you to eat while enjoying the views. Swim in the professionally maintained pool (with retractable cover). Though not heated, the warm spring, summer, and fall days keep it perfectly refreshing. Lounge on the chaise while cooking out on the gas grill. The home sits on the par 5, 6th hole on Ocean Winds. A lagoon teeming with wildlife and birds sits across the fairway.

Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).
