TORRE APARTMENT (45 sq meters)
This very nice apartment is set on the 2nd and 3rd floor, in the old tower that was built on the XIII century for defensive aim. It is about 45 square meters and there is an entrance-living room with a sofa bed and a cooking corner (no oven). The double room is very bright, It has an antique and romantic wrought iron tester bed and two large windows on the garden. It has a beautiful classic Tuscany ceilings with ancient wooden rafters and floors in antic Florentine terracotta tiles. The bathroom has a large shower and a window that looks over the antic roofs of the Villa.
It is a sweet nest for a romantic couple.
My parents and I run "Villa Il Paradisino", a XV century Historic House situated in Tuscany,Italy, just outside Florence city. It is part of a 5 hectares estate which includes a XVI century Villa where the family lives since 1839. In the 2004 the Villa has been completely and lovingly restored and opened to all the guests that would like to see, live and participate in our life, visit Florence and the beautiful country villages of Tuscany.
Life at Villa Il Paradisino is unhurried, filled with the scents, flavors and furnishings of a past that is still alive. We are a family friendly hotel and pet friendly also. We are very happy to have children at the Villa and they will be safe in asny part of the estate; all the land around the villa is fenced.
The villa is surrounded by rows of grapes and olive trees, interspersed with centuries-old vegetation: ancient species of fruit trees, vegetable garden, flower gardens and meadows. Our farm produces extra virgin olive oil, red wine, organic vegetable, eggs, fruit, jams and other home made products available for our guests.
The complex is furnished with original Tuscan antiques and ceramics owned by our family for generations .
We rent 5 apartments, elegant and spacious, which contain modern conveniences. The pastel wall colors, the four-poster bed and the ancient terracotta floor tiles, contribute to creating a special atmosphere and warmth in the rooms. Bathrooms and Kitchen are furnished with authentic Carrara and other Tuscan marbles and other natural materials in splendid colors.
There is a laundry room in common use and 3 apartments have a private area outside with garden and courtyard. Chairs, deckchairs, barbecue, beach umbrellas and tables are available to enjoy the garden and the pool, having dinner or simply relaxation.
