Centrally located to EVERYWHERE, you want to be in Lexington. Less than 2 miles from 3 new Breweries, Downtown/Rupp, Convention Center, UK Campus and Commonwealth Stadium. 5 miles to the Red Mile Racino.

Less than 8 miles to Keeneland, and BG Airport. Fast access to Georgetown, KY (Toyota), New Circle Road (IBM, Lexmark, ACS/Xerox, Amazon), and I75/I64 interchange. FedEx, UPS, Trane, Georgia Pacific, Yazaki North America, Coca-Cola, Bosch Rexroth, Aventics, Neogen and Schneider Electric-----------------------

The space is 2 bedrooms, with a master suite attached to the bathroom. Original restored hardwood flooring, throughout

This is a pet free house to allow maximum enjoyment for future guests. This house was designed for guest usage and there are none of my personal belongings at this home. You are welcome to use anything within to make your stay, more enjoyable. There are TV's in both bedrooms. The living room has a wifi connected smart TV. Also in the livingroom are USB equipped outlets perfect for phone and tablet charging. The bedrooms have lamps and comfy, well appointed queen sized beds. All linen, (including bed spreads/comforters) are laundered after EVERY guest. The mattresses are in zipped covers. Also included are an iron and ironing board, a range of kitchen utensils, (both glass and plastic), a coffee pot (included coffee), toaster and microwave. The bathroom has ample towels, and washcloths, body wash, shampoo/conditioner, and even toothbrushes, in case you forget your own. Basic cleaning supplies and a full size washer/dryer are also within. 2 additional queen air mattresses, are available upon request for additional guests upon request.

In short, mi casa, es su casa. Enjoy anywhere you like. From the huge backyard, to the porch and everything in between.

Getting around

Parking is in front of the house, on the street, and always available. Public Transportation (Bus) is located at the end of the street, and can be taken to the LEXTRAN center downtown for transfer to other buses. There are cabs that service the area, as well as Uber and Lyft.

Interaction with guest

There are times when I am in town, and there are times when I am away. However, Im always a phone call away (preferred method of contact). Its never the wrong time to give me a call for information, needs, or desires. I am here to ensure your stay is amazing. I generally allow you to enjoy the space, and check in via text unless summoned.

How do damage deposits work?
