Description

This is a 1-bed apartment that can accommodate up to four adults. A cot and High chair are also available. It is fully furnished to a high standard and located in a holiday village on the beautiful North Yorkshire coastline.
The holiday village has lots of amenities including a sports complex, bar/restaurant, shop, pharmacy and coffee shop. It is located close to the beautiful seaside town of Filey. The complex has its own private beach access where it is possible to walk to Filey and beyond. It is situated on the edge of the Yorkshire dales within easy reach of Leeds, York, Scarborough, Whitby and Hull. There are lots of great walks, shopping, sight seeing and a number of excellent golf courses within easy driving distance including Filey, Scarborough and Bridlington.
Rental of the property entitles the occupier free use of the pool and gym but other activities are available at a small extra cost, these include tennis, bike hire, Archery, 5-aside football etc.
The property has all mod cons, fridge/freezer, washing machine/tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, a TV and DVD player in the living room. There is also a TV/DVD in the bedrooms and it has gas central heating. Gas and electric are included in the rental cost so there are no surprises at the end of your holiday. All linen and towels are provided with the property.

“perfect mini break”

“Clean and Well Kept Apartment”

We have stayed at The Bay Apartment before so had a good idea what to expect. The Apartment was clean and we'll kept compared to others and therefore we had a great stay. The owner communicated via holiday lettings website very well and kept us informed. We did have a frustrating issue getting the oven to work which having been to The Bay before is common to all apts who have this type fitted. My advice to the owner is to replace it or at least ensure that the oven timer is set and working rather than asking holiday makers leaving to power everything off and then people following them having to fiddle with the control settings which are poor.

“Fantastic apartment”

The apartment was well equipped, clean and spacious. It is very close to the Pub and restaurant and to the path down to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and Mark the owner was extremely helpful. Thank you Mark for a fab short break.

Excellent weekend break before school . Apartment very comfortable and spotless ,well equipped . Nice walks on the beach with the dog ,good facilities on The Bay .

“Ideal holiday village”

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Filey Holiday Village, the grounds are kept immaculate and 12 Sunrise Drive where we stayed is a lovely modern apartment which is spotless, I would recommend this apartment highly also the owner Mark is a very nice person to deal with.
