Enhanced Housekeeping re: COVID-19: The health and safety of our owners, guests and staff is of utmost importance to us. We are taking extra precautions and steps to ensure that all professional housekeeping and interior property sanitation needs are not only being met, but exceeded, to ensure a hygienic environment. Specific enhanced steps taken include more commercial antibacterial cleaning products, staff wearing facial protection and gloves when in the homes, more frequent deep cleans, and continuation of our professional hospitality grade linen laundering services.

The perfect getaway for a couple, this garden level apartment offers a cozy respite after a full day of exploring historic Savannah. Ideally located just steps away from Forsyth Park, you’ll be a short walk away from boutique shops, historic attractions, and the infamous Southern cooking of Mrs. Wilkes Dining Room.

The original brick floors have been finished to add an attractive shine that complements the modern decor. The spacious bedroom is located off the entry hall with ample storage space and Queen size bed. Enjoy a full size bath with standing shower at the end of the hall. The living area is perfect for quiet evenings in, with a sofa that pulls out into a Queen sleeper for two additional guests. The adjacent kitchen comes equipped with all of the culinary tools and appliances you're used to having at home. The true gem of this home is the expansive, shared courtyard - perfect for a quiet start or end to your day.

Parking: Metered Parking

This unit has on-street, metered parking. Meters are monitored by the City of Savannah, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. You do not need to pay the meters on Saturday and Sunday. You may also park in a nearby garage, or purchase a parking pass at the Visitor Information Center located on MLK Jr., Blvd. This information and more is provided for our guests in our confirmation email upon booking.
