Description

Rose Shepherds hut sleeps up to 2 adults and 2 children, it is located on our small organic farm in the heart of the Kent Downs AONB overlooking our lake. It has its own private hot tub that you can step in from the decking.

Here are a few of the reasons our guests keep returning to Rose Hut and give us 5 stars

You can relax in the hot tub, visit all of Kent's castles, beaches and attractions are no more than 30 minutes away by car and you can reach Central London in 38 minutes from nearby Ashford.

A couple of things you should know before booking: The main bed is a fold up / down sofa bed, but it has a great mattress. The private heated shower room is a short walk away. The hut is too small for 4 adults, max occupancy is 2 adults and 2 children Pets on request (Supplement cost payable) The hot tub is for your exclusive use.

What a beautiful place to stay . The owners were friendly and helpful, the location was idealic and everything was clean and comfortable . My kids loved the lake pool and it entertained them for hours . Plenty to do relaxing at the shepards hut but also lots of attractions nearby. Will Definately be going back ...

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
