Spacious, bright, tastefully renovated detached 1300 sq.ft. home 3 km from the center of downtown with a large rooftop private deck with BBQ. With all the comforts of home, a great place for entertainment or simple relaxation. We are centrally situated in a residential area, walking distance to all amenities including grocery stores, pharmacies, parks, playgrounds, LCBO,1 block to transportation and just 3 km to Byward Market, 4 km to the Parliament Buildings and close to museums, restaurants and much more. Free private parking on the premises. Whether for pleasure or business, in small or larger group it will surely satisfy your needs. Let us know if you have specific requirements and we will let you know how we can accommodate.

Guests have access to the complete house including the private roof top deck and exterior balconies at all times.

We will be there only if you ask. We are accessible by e-mail, text or telephone from 8AM - 10:30 PM daily. In case of emergencies we are accessible 24 hrs/day.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If JP (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
