The Laguna Key Mansion has 6 bedrooms and 6 1/2 baths and sleeps up to 20

Laguna Key Taj Mahal mansion is located in Gulf Shores, Alabama. It is directly Gulf front, located in the exclusive Laguna Key subdivision. This luxurious mansion features 6 bedrooms and 6 1/2 bathrooms on three floors that include stunning oceanfront views. This Gulf front beach house has a main floor with a true Chef's Kitchen, featuring Viking and subzero appliances. There is a huge Laundry Room on this floor with additional refrigerator. Entertainers will appreciate the separate, formal Dining Room. There is also a quaint breakfast room that is open to the Kitchen and beach front, screened porch. The boardwalk beach access is located right off the porch! The main floor also hosts a large Living Room, Study and the Master Suite.

The Master bedroom features a King bed and a Master bath with a steam shower and jetted tub. This Gulf Shores beachfront rental house is an entertainer's dream!

SECOND LEVEL: Laguna Key Taj Mahal has an upstairs area with 4 bedrooms and 4 private baths. Each of these bedrooms have Queen beds. Two of these bedrooms are Gulf front with their own balcony access. A butler's kitchenette upstairs and an additional Laundry Room is available for the added convenience of your guests.

LOWER (BASEMENT) LEVEL: The lower floor that hosts an additional Kitchen and dining area. The 6th bedroom with a Queen bed and a fabulous game room area with an additional Queen sleeper sofa and two sets of Twin over Full size bunks.

The neighborhood pool is literally across the street from the Laguna Key beach house, which is just like being in your back yard. There are neighborhood tennis and basketball courts within steps of the house and a pier on the lagoon. The beach at Laguna Key is like no other in Gulf Shores! You can walk from the Laguna Key beach house for miles in the national wildlife refuge. No development can ever occur on these miles of beaches.

EVENT POLICY- If a property is used for an event, an event fee of $1,500 for additional usage and wear and tear will be added to the normal rental rate. Guest is responsible for informing Prickett Properties, LLC of any events that will be taken place during their stay. The following conditions apply:

- The association this home is in requires a $1,500 fee for any events that take place in this subdivision.

- Any gathering over the occupancy limits of the property must receive prior approval from the Owner.

- No more than 50 persons may be on the property for the event and no more than the normal occupancy limit may be in the property at all other times.

- The event must take place outside the home.

- If you contract an outside company to facilitate your event, they must be bonded and insured.

- There must be a plan for adequate sewage and sewage removal on site. (portable chemical toilets).

- A plan for extra trash/garbage removal from site.

- A plan for parking and shuttle service, if needed.

- A plan in the event of inclement weather. If it is discovered that a wedding or other similar event is or has occurred while under this lease agreement, and on which no event fee was paid, the tenant shall be required to pay such fee and pay an additional penalty of $250.00 for such infraction.
