The Villa affords a nice great room, a lower level Great Room, with plenty of space to unwind and gather with your group. But, if you need some “alone time”, there is plenty of space inside and out to find your own serenity. There are 3 outside porches, decks, and patios for ultimate outdoor relaxation; including the hot tub.

While at the Villa, everyone enjoys all that the home has to offer; from the garage Game Room, multiple Great Room fireplaces, and of course the spectacular decks, where you can pull up a chair and take in the "sound of silence", observe the night as it fills with stars, and watch the fireflies come out to play in your backyard. Take a seat and enjoy the sound of nature and the serenity in your own private paradise at the top of the world.

You are also an drive from America's favorite scenic byway, The Blue Ridge Parkway, motorcycle touring, biking, hiking, white water rafting, rock climbing, kayaking, canoeing, zip lining, Segway tour…just about any outdoor activity! Or, take a ride to downtown Asheville to enjoy the first-rate restaurants, shopping, galleries, spas, and entertainment.
