About This Listing
The traditional Saigon house located in a lovely local area between the Airport and the city center in a great location for street food. A beautiful & homey house with everything you need in an small street of Saigon. Enjoy a nice day out in the sun to explore street food, local coffee shop to try by yourself. Everything you need is just footsteps away. Let’s coming to learn more about the Vietnamese culture, visit the magnificent historical and cranny of this uniquely beautiful.
The Space
We offer this private room to our guests. The rooms are clean, fresh bed linens and towels are supplied. Air-conditioning and high speed WIFI are provide. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
The queen-sized bed is comfortable mattress and your sleep will only be further enhanced by our cotton linens. The house kitchen is just on ground floor. The terrace is also a quick walk up to the 3rd floor and here you can do you laundry or sit down at the table, surround yourself by garden greenery and have a beer after a long hard day.

-Nice & green terrace with a view over the neighborhood.
-Well equipped kitchen in ground floor.
-PC and Printer to print documents in ground floor.
-Washing machine in the 3rd level, same floor with terrace
-Air dryer in terrace.
-Iron and Hair dryer in corridor of second floor
-A gym just front of the house
-Motorbike and scooter can be rent nearby.
We can even plan a dinner together if you like or have a drink upstairs on the terrace – it’s a great way to get to know each other and meet other guests. Just make yourself at home!
Interaction with guests
We respect the privacy of our guests but do not hesitate to ask if you need some help or advise. I’m a big foodie and fashionista and I like to share the knowledge gained from exploring this city over the last few years.
I can point you in the direction of some of the best street food on earth or help you discover some of Saigon's hidden gems. Come hang out with us in the common area or send us a message if you don’t see us around.
Other things to note
During your stay we will not enter your room unless you need help or in case of emergency.
About lighting there will be very small window in your room as on the picture post by airbnb so you don’t really have natural light shining which turning by the light in your room.
This room shared shower and toilet with only one another room on same floor. And It is quite silent that good place for guests like wake up late.
The Neighborhood
Overview
My home is located in an small and busy street in Saigon | Ho Chi Minh City, Việt Nam.
Where you will find hundreds of food stalls, restaurants, cafés offering a variety of local and international food and drinks. That is amazing local restaurants within easy walking distance and a street famous for its range of street food. Some great Western food options are also available near by.
With everything located so conveniently close to you, there’s not much else you’d need in a city like this. We’ll gladly recommend places for you to go.
Getting around
You will also find a convenience stores, supermarket, nice local market, a gym, a spa and sauna, fashion shop, street food, church, pagoda, and nice parks canal, hospital, a pharmacy, swimming pool,…etc. within walking distance.
Ten to twenty mins by taxi to the centre city or the airport . Easy to get any kind of transports bus | motorbike | taxi. Taxis are readily available too by UBER/GRAB are the cheapest options to get around with no hassle. They also offer the motorbike options so you can avoid traffic with very cheap price.
If you like to discovery city by tour, we can recommend you to take advantage of city tour run by local university students seeking cultural exchange opportunities with foreign travelers. It is a great way to orient yourself within the city and see all the beautiful landmarks of Saigon. Not to mention, it is a favorite among our guests!
We also recommend an evening food tour to fill your tummy up with what we think are the best local yumyums. Other options include the Mekong Delta and Cu Chi Tunnels Adventure. If interested, do send us a message and we will sent more information to you.
