The 2 bedrooms both enjoy the convenience of their own bathroom- a lounge & balcony with views to Arthurs Seat completing the picture upstairs. Year round comfort is assured with 4 split systems throughout & a convenient European laundry. This is the ideal holiday rental, with excellent amenities and plenty of features.

>> An executive 2 Bedroom 2 storey town house located 400m from the beach. Great location with a short walk to shops, cafe's, plaza, cinema, hotel & beautiful beaches.

Bedroom 1 has Queen Bed, air con, heating, flat screen TV and DVD with doorway access to bathroom / en-suite

>> Free WiFi - yes we have NBN! Enjoy it is on the house.

>> Laundry: complete with washing machine, dryer, sink and storage cupboards

>> Kitchen / Family Area: has fully equipped modern kitchen with stone top benches. Appliances include, dishwasher, microwave, stove top and oven, fridge-Freezer, electric jug, toaster, air con, heating, flat screen TV, alarm clock radio stereo CD player. There is ample kitchen utensils including cookware, cutlery, crockery and glassware. Doors to backyard stack open to create indoor-outdoor entertaining and living.

>> Back yard: Beautiful timber decking with outdoor setting to seat 6 + built in seating around deck for another 4 / 5 people looking over landscaped gardens.

>> Upstairs Configuration:

Bedroom 2 has Queen Bed, air con, heating, flat screen TV / DVD combo,

Bathroom shower, toilet & vanity

>> Lounge room: With fold out sofas, large flat screen TV & DVD player.

>> Top Balcony: Tiled balcony with great views of Arthur's Seat, and surrounding landscape. A great spot to relax with a book or share a drink with friends.

>> Parking: Large single garage with remote door and driveway parking for a second vehicle.

>> Please note that we supply linen but no bath towels or beach towels, so please arrange to bring some. If you would like to request a "Towel package" please ask for this upon booking at $10 per person (extra for beach towels.)

>> We can supply a portacot.

A 500 Bond payment is also required 1 week prior to the arrival date.

>> Cleaning

The property is professionally cleaned after each guest leaves however guests must ensure that the property is left in a clean and tidy condition before leaving i.e no dirty dishes, stove and oven cleaned if used bbq cleaned if used general sweep of floor and mop if drinks etc have been spilled. Any excess cleaning may attract an additional fee which will be deducted from the property bond.

Damage / Breakages

Any breakages or damage must be reported prior to checkout. Depending upon the nature or extent of breakage / damage additional fees may be charged.

Being close to the shops & beach you could holiday here without a car. You could utilise Uber, Taxis or the public bus if you wanted to travel further. Otherwise your own car would be perfect. With a secure garage for 1 car + a motorbike and room for a car in the driveway this house is perfectly suited.
