Nestled on the heights of a green residential subdivision, a F2 of 35 m2 with covered terrace of 30 m2 in tropical garden perfectly fenced awaits you for a quiet stay, in peace because away from the road that leads to Tartane . There are two neighboring apartments. In the garden of 600 m2, you will discover - in season - lemons, bananas, mangos, bitter oranges or wood of India. The apartment is a bottom of traditional Caribbean villa of the 90s with solar hot water and rainwater recycling. Access is completely independent of the owners present to meet all your expectations. From your poolside terrace, the view overlooks Trinity Bay. The family beach of the Other Edge, planted with coconut trees and grapes is 700 m or 5 minutes walk.

Response from the owner Pas étonnant de recevoir un tel commentaire purement mensonger de Anna B, pseudo de Anaïs Feuillatre, locataire via airbnb de notre logement. Souhaitant un remboursement de 100% pour 2 nuits, exerçant sur nous un chantage au commentaire négatif si nous refusions les 100%, nous voici agoni de propos négatifs. Airbnb Support nous a donné raison, a appliqué nos conditions de location et supprimé le commentaire mensonger publié par Mme Feuillatre sur la plateforme Airbnb. Le lecteur intéressé peut aisément vérifier. Nous proposons une maison d’hôtes depuis 7 ans, sommes notés 8/8,5 sur Booking, sommes Super Host sur Airbnb. Aucune inquiétude pour ce minable commentaire vengeur de bas étage. Le B de Anna B, c’est pour Bidon ou simplement Bête ?

Response from the owner Nous pouvons paraître oppressants avec des vacanciers qui "oublient" de régler le solde de la location à leur arrivée et ne font aucun effort pour être simplement respectueux des conditions de location. Si vous levez le nez de vos écrans vous constaterez sans peine qu'il y a une vue sur la baie de Trinité. Ce commentaire est simplement mensonger. Dommage.
